All of our group runs are led by a qualified England Athletics Coach with a qualified Run Leader and Assistant Run Leaders. Which means you’ll never be left to run alone, you’ll be insured and you’ll be getting the best advice to reach your goals, whatever they may be.
SheCan…Run in Market Harborough
All sessions meet at Welland Park Market Harborough on a Tuesday and Thursday (unless otherwise stated).
Beginner course – £40
8 week course suitable for the complete beginner.
- Course begins 9th January at 7.30pm
- Sessions meet up twice a week on Tuesday and Thursday evenings
- A base level of fitness is required to help prevent injury. We suggest that you are comfortably able to walk 2 miles within 30 minutes before beginning the course.
- No sessions w/c 19th February
Run for Fitness – £25
4 week blocks suitable for anyone who can already run 5k.
Start dates as follows:
- 12th September 2017
- 10th October 2017 (No sessions w/c 23rd October 2017)
- 14th November 2017
- We run for fun and not speed and with this in mind our pace ranges from approximately 10:30 min miles to 11:30 min miles in our group runs. Sessions will range from speed/hill work (allowing you to run at your own pace) to working on increasing distances (group runs).
